When should I change the timing belt on my V70?

I have a 2009 Volvo V70, 2.0-litre diesel. I have read conflicting advice on replacing the timing and auxiliary belts and am not sure if the water pump needs replacing at the same time. The car has done 103,000 miles. I intend keeping the car for several more years and do about 20,000 a year. Your advice would be much appreciated.
If nothing has ever been replaced than you are an extremely lucky man. Replace all of it: timing belt, tensioner and waterpump immediately.
