When should the cam belt be changed on a 2001 Citroen Xsara Picasso?

I'm going to look at a 2001 Citroen Xsara Picasso 2.0HDi at an independent dealer tomorrow. It's advertised as "Full Service History, 8 Stamps In Service Book" with a mileage of 80,000. First question, are the service intervals 10,000 or 12.5,000 miles for this model, and second, should I expect it to have had a recent cam belt change? If not, when is a cam belt change due in the service schedule?
Service intervals are every 12,500 miles and it's now due for a cam belt change (if it hasn't had one already).
