What is the ABS fault on my 2007 Skoda Octavia?

My 2007 Skoda Octavia diesel, which has covered under 40,000 miles, recently developed a fault involving the steering, speedometer and ABS. The car was taken to a Skoda garage and the ECU had a replacement part fitted. However this did not solve the ABS issue. It has also been to an electrical specialist and he can find nothing either. I have been in touch with Skoda Customer Services and they are going to pass the information to Milton Keynes. I have no idea at this stage what the cost will be. What do you think might be wrong?
Might be the well-known ATE Teves Mk 60 ABS/ESP module brake pressure sensor valve failure. www.sinspeed.co.uk does a fix for £225 including VAT, but has to take the module out of the car. www.ecutesting.com also does a fix.
