How much to run a Renault Clio

I am doing some research about buying a new car. I have seen a Renault Clio 1.4 16V Dynamique 2006 3dr Hatchback which has done 40,000 miles and costs £4000, does this seem reasonable? My question is how often should you service these cars and what is the cost of a service? In addition, I have heard that cam belts need to be replaced every so often, how often does this model need to have a new cam belt and how much does it cost?
Book retail with 63k miles is £3,700, so £4k for 40k miles is reasonable. Service every 12 months: Renault dealers probably charge £200 for a 10k mile service and £300 for a 20k mile service. Needs fresh brake fluid every 3 years at about £80. Best to replace the timing belt every 4 years at about £300. You can get much lower service prices from independents.
