Audi A6 timing belt change at 68k

My Audi A6 has done 62k miles. Registered April 2007. I'm just about to have it serviced and the Audi specialist garage says at 5 years or 75k I should have my timing belt changed. Should I? In the service book it says that the 'toothed belt' which I assume is the same thing, is 80k miles. If I do get the belt changed it's costing around £475 in addition to the service. I've got another 18k to do if it's 80k.
Yes. Get it changed.
