I have used Nigel's garage for many years and trust the straightforward approach and value for money. Great to have such quality in Helston.

Fixed my car (obscure part that had to be fetched in) exactly when he said he would, which was vital as we were visiting Cornwall from London and any slippage would have been really tricky.

Despite being Friday 13th May 2016 . . I struck lucky by being recommended to Nigel Thurley. The drive shaft on my 6 metre motorhome began to fail. The local garage at Praa could'nt accomodate the size of vehicle so contacted Mr. Thurley on my behalf. He acccepted the job at short notice, lent me a courtesy car, and within 4 hours I had a call saying the job was complete. In short, A Lifesaver ! as I was 250 miles from home. Electric window failed on Audi. Needed car urgently , local dealer fully booked for 7 days. Phoned Nigel Thurley Garage at 8-so who said bring the car straight in.Free loan car was ready when i got there. He soon phoned back saying he had to get parts. Next morning he phoned back to say genuine parts obtained and fitted and car ready for collection. You can't get better than that !!

Whilst on holiday in Cornwall last week, 300 miles from home, the Dual Mass flywheel broke on my Ford Galaxy. Called RAC who recommended Nigel Thurley (after I had phoned main dealerships who weren't able to help with in a month of Sundays!!!) Best part of a days work for repairs but Nigel was able to get parts and repair car next day . Also gave us courtesy car free of charge. Our holiday wasn't ruined and my car is now running like a dream. I really can't recommend this garage enough. My only regret is that they aren't my local garage. Eric Rudrum

The very worst scenario happened to us, our car broke down on the 2nd day of our holiday in Cornwall. Nigel Thurley Automotive Ltd was recommended to us by the RAC and they were outstanding. They gave us a courtesy car so our holiday wasn't ruined, they identified the problem and kept us fully briefed on the problem and the state of repair, including an estimate of costs, which was very, very reasonable. The car was returned to us cleaned and ready to go, cannot praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone who needs servicing or repair. A BIG thank you from us.......
