Professional, freindly, knowledgeable (and then some), timely, informed, excellent value, amazing workmanship, excellent customer service, trusted is my experience. I am very pleased to have been introduced and now a customer of Mark Black and Ross at Mulsanne Motors in Dalkeith. It's a 12 hour round trip from the far north of Scotland and absolutely worth it. From pre purchase questions, general queries on potential issues and resolution of those issues (including engine out vac line) Liaising directly with my dealer under warranty, Mark has been exceptional. Its great to know you can leave your car in such safe and capable hands and reassuring that in his opinion, I have a stunning and sound example. Cheers Mark & Ross you were superb.

I was resigned to my 1981 Silver Spirit running poorly but Mr. MacLeod diagnosed the problem immediately and the car now runs like a new! No wonder they are so busy. Ross and Mark extremely professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Spoke to Ross when I purchased my RR Silver Shadow. Offered to have a look over it prior to me putting it into winter storage. Did all that for me for my own piece of mind. I'll be back in March when the car comes out of storage.

How fantastic to find a garage with such efficiency and dedication! Little surprise Mulsanne Motors have been on the go over thirty years and are always busy. I had accepted my 40 year old Rolls Royce Silver Spirit wasn't running so well because of its age but, after being dealt with by Mr. MacLeod, it runs like a new car. When I say that, what I really mean is, it runs like a new car! Highly recommended. Staff exceptionally knowledgeable and pleasant.

I have struggled over the years to find a garage that knows how to service a Morgan sports car in the Edinburgh/fife area. Ihave know found one at Mullsane garage in DALKIETH

Have been using main agent on various cars for years, a mistake. Could have saved a fortune and have been more satisfied with the work that was required.

I was looking for an alternative to the Jaguar dealership in Edinburgh which is staggeringly expensive. This garage (owned and run by an ex Rolls Royce and Bentley engineer) was mentioned in Jaguar Forum-I was very, very pleased to have found it. A service was just over £200 and a replacement part at trade prices (less than the on-line price). Won't be back to Stratstone - even although they wash the car;I can do that myself with the £200 I'll save!

I'd been trying to get a problem with my 2001 Jaguar S Type fixed for some time and had even had it in another garage but they had a different idea as to what the problem was and so the problem had remained! Mulsanne Motors knew exactly what the problem was and finished my sentence off on the phone when booking it in! They even ran me round to a bus stop to get back home, although I have since found out they have courtesy cars available (will remember that next time!). Had the car fixed when they said they would and at a decent cost. I'll be taking my car here from now on!!

We took our Jaguar X-type to Mulsanne Motors on the basis of some of the reviews online, and couldn't have been more pleased. We paid a fraction of the cost of the main Jaguar dealer for a service and repairs. They are friendly and efficient, and you really feel that you can trust them to do what's right, rather than what makes them money. We had a problem with the car just before we were leaving for a weekend away, but we needed it working on the Monday. Two of the guys came to our flat in Edinburgh, took the car away, repaired it, and returned it for the start of the week. They charged nothing for the collection and delivery. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I thought I would mention a garage in Dalkeith, just outside Edinburgh. Mulsanne Motors Ltd (www.mulsannemotors.com), as the name implies, are Bentley and Rolls Royce specialists, but they also service a limited range of Jaguars, including my 10 year old XK8. They recently carried out its annual service and MOT and dealt with a number of minor matters – replacing brake pads, top ball joint, shock bushes, etc. The work was professionally and efficiently undertaken at a very fair price and I was provided with an X-type Jaguar as a courtesy car.
