I have just purchased my Citroen C4 from Evans Halshaw in Banbury as recommended by a friend. I'm glad I took their advice as the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic! They catered for my needs and within 2 days I was driving my new car home and I'm very satisfied . Highly recommend this garage!

'We pride ourselves on a first class service' 'Dedicated professionals' 'Highest levels of service' Bold statements from this dealers website-if only they were true! I read the reviews of this dealer (because I like to know what I'm missing),and -BOY they weren't good! Anyway,after seeing a car advertised as 'pristine'i ventured 45 miles to them,thinking these reviews were up to 5-6 years old,they must be 'good' by now. Ha! They most certainly are not! Can't describe a cars condition accurately, Don't reply to emails if it doesn't suit them,and hardly pro-active in finding an early solution to problems.The sad fact is they don't seem to have advanced any,with little motivation,since the poor reviews years ago-even with a new sales team and dealer principal. As a customer spending in the region of 10k,I wanted to have 'enjoyed' my experience like any other customer,but that fun,excited feeling that you get from getting a new car was simply taken away. They seriously lack 'customer service' or any level of self pride in the work they do-it seems that money is the only true thing they are interested in.If they control the sale then they are 'happy'. BUYER BEWARE.FIND ANOTHER DEALER.
