I hate trying to find a decent garage, they're often intimidating, smelly and I wouldn't trust many with my vehicle, so after reading some of the reviews here I thought I'd try out DNA Technical, thinking that personal recommendations were always more honest then any sales/marketing material.
I'm really happy to state that they really do know what they're doing and deserve to be called specialists. I took my Mercedes ML for a small service but as I only had the car for a few months, wanted to be sure that I wasn't going to be ripped off. I spoke to the owner David, who reassured me that they would inform me of any problems found and any additional charges before they went ahead and did anything.
I received a call later the same day saying that all was well and my car was ready for collection. I was more than happy to pay my bill as they had even cleaned the car!
I highly recommend this garage for their professional approach to the customer, high standards of work and attention to detail - not often found in garages these days. I know which garage I'll be taking my car to in the future.

In march 2012, my Audi Avant TDI 1.9 had problem with reverse gear. There was also obvious problem with Clutch. Contacted Audi main dealer and also a few other garages, they did not sound convincing on the phone. Finally I found this garage. Dave was on the phone and he sounded honest. I decided to give this garage a try. When I went to the garage, it met with my expectation, so left the car with Dave. On the following day, Dave phoned me to confirm that the problem was the clutch not the gear box. We agreed to replace the clutch. Also I asked him to see if he can find other problem and let me know the cost.
Here was the job done.
He sorted the reverse gear (without any additional cost! He could have pretended that it was a separate problem and got a lot of money from it). Also he fixed the frog light (which was pushed into the chamber by a previous accident) for free. Althought it may not have been a big job for him, but I am pretty sure, a dishonest garage would bill it for more then 100 pounds. The clutch was replaced with a very reasonable price. I waited for a few months to make this feed back because I wanted to ensure the work meets the expectation.
One more thing I found out is that the air conditioning works much better then before. Dave did inform me that there maybe some potential probem on the way on air conditioning. The fact that it works better now makes me think that he did some work on it without even mentioning it to me. It was probably a quick thing (whatever he did). Again, a dishonest garage would have used the opportunity to get a meal out of it.
The experience was very good and I will use Dave for my Audi again in future.

This is a zero BS experience. Dave will feed you the facts and nothing more. Up to date diagnostic equipment. Full print out and feedback with proof of faults. He will walk you through your options so you have control over the repair. He will put your car back on the road. If you need to save money, he will give you solutions. Constant communication. Pleasant friendly helpful. Very very reasonable prices. Exceptional value for your money and complete peace of mind. Takes the dark void of car repair and shines a big light. When you leave his garage, you will know what to expect and exactly what will need to be done and when. Highly recommended after having been ripped off more than once. Will ONLY use him going forward.

I serviced my Audi at this garage on the 12th June 2012. I spoke to David beforehand about my requirements. He was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. I had a fault with my engine management system. The fault was originally diagnosed and repaired at a previous garage. Even after the repair the light kept coming back on. David checked the fault during my service and confirmed it was due to build up of carbon on the inlet manifold (the previous garage replaced the throttle body)!
David ordered the part and I had the new manifold changed under warranty on the 15th June. Hey Presto, no more warning lights! My car was also noticeably smoother after the service too. I have since recommended this garage to my friends.
I would recommend DNA technical to anyone. They are professional, honest and completely transparent. I will certainly be going there from now on.

I own a Bentley GT and I love the car very much. I used to take the car to a main dealer as its a complex car and I didnt think anyone else should touch it. Although they treaded me very well, bit by bit as I went there more and more I began to realise that the where lieing to me and ripping me off, I mentioned this to a friend who also owns a Bentley who said that that also happened to him, He recommeded DNA Autos to me and I nervously took my baby to there for a chat and a once over.
The owner a guy named David come across right away as a pasionate thoughtfull guy and the garge was very clean and well equipted. I was so pleased with the work the service and the pricing that I have taken my car there every time there has been a problem since, however little. He always makes time for me and my car and more importantly I feel that he is more interested in the challange of fixing a problem then how much money can he charge.

My Audi had an extensive electrical fault caused by a leaking rear-washer pipe. The radio, DVD stacker and communications pack were rendered useless as they were all water-logged. David dried them out, soldered the faulty connections and only replaced the parts that he could not salvage. Most garages would have pulled all three units out and replaced them at three times the cost. David is extremely technical and knows my audi inside out - he could rebuild it if he had to. I am a client for life - I just hope that nobody reads this review otherwise he will be so inundated with work I will be unable to book my car in for months! Well done David - you are a star.
I have already recommended DNA to a friend who is also delighted.

Having approached a couple of other garages for a problem with my Audi A6, I found the customer service and attitude to be lacking. My car problem could not be identified and would cost "what it cost". Having checked the DNA site, (and reviews here) I visited and David took the car, established potential problems and the causes, mainly cheap oil used in previous services and poor workmanship, I saw the items causing the problems, and having possession of the documents from previous 'services', realised the last owner had been short changed. I was kept up to speed with the diagnosis and costs. My car now purrs like a cat, feels safe, and whilst it cost a bit, is more than worth it for the peace of mind in my investment. Cannot recommend highly enough. Many thanks.

Apparently this is quite a new business and I received one of their flyers so I decided to try it out as I needed a service on my Audi A4 Avant. I was really impressed by how clean the garage was and how professional they were. They took the time to explain what I needed doing and how much it would cost up front, which I found refreshing!
My car was serviced quickly and was clean and tidy when I picked it up.
All the work was done at a convenient time and at an affordable price.
They're a really friendly bunch and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
