Left my car for a service and was quoted a price which I thought was reasonable. When I went to collect the car the price was less than quoted. The chap said he had managed to buy the service kit a bit cheaper, so he passed this reduction on to me. Also car was ready when they said it would be with all work completed as per qoute.
