I received a £100 parking fine - is it fair?
I recently left my car parked in a car park for an hour and a half while I went shopping. I've now received a parking charge for £100. Is this fair?

What were the restrictions on the car park and were they clearly posted? If they were and you simply did not see them and thereby failed to comply, the penalty is legal and the right to impose such penalties was upheld in Beavis v Parking Eye in The Supreme Court in November 2015.
