My Ford Focus won't start

My Focus will not start at all and displays the error code P0251. Changed the fuel pump and a diesel specialist checked injectors. Confirmed in good condition. Fuel Metering Valve checked, found ok.

Run out of ideas how to solve the issue.

Can anyone sugest a process of illimination programme to work through, to find the fault causing the car not to start?

Well fault code P 0251 is indicating Injection Fuel metering control A.
and also Cam/rotor/Injection circuit malfunction.

Probable causes are listed as either Wiring/injection pump or the ECU.
